What Postwyre CRM stores
Account details for each team member (name, email, a hashed password) and the records your team creates or imports. When someone books on a brand's booking page, it stores what they typed (name, email, an optional phone and note) and the time they booked, and adds them to that brand's contacts. Booking does not sign anyone up for marketing.
Third-party processors
Postwyre CRM uses Cloudflare to process data on its behalf. No data is sold or shared for advertising. The subprocessors page lists each vendor and the data it handles.
Where data lives
Each deployment of Postwyre CRM is a separate instance operated by the company running it, with its own database.
Deletion requests
An admin can delete any record from within the product, which removes the database row. To request deletion of an account or of data you cannot reach yourself, contact the operator at privacy@postwyre.com.
Cookies
Postwyre CRM sets one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
